We worked with this wine on food pairings, and its versatility is incredible. Because the wine has a medium bodied, fairly good acidity, with notes of stone fruit and floral notes of yellow roses it matches a wide range of foods. From chicken dishes to barramundi to cheese platers, you choose! Serve at about 13 degrees in large glasses, and may even benefit from decanting.
