Situated south of Dijon in the Côte-d'Or region, Meursault is a village in Burgundy at the center of the Côte de Beaune. It is renowned for producing exceptional white wines as well as smooth, elegant red wines.

Yes Meursault can also be a red wine made from Pinot Noir, it is a rarity and we thought you will love to try it! Let me tell you a secret, it is such a rarity than most people in the wine industry don’t know the red wine can be made in the village of Meursault

Why do we like it?

The wine reveals aromas of red berries like cherry and raspberry, along with floral hints of violets and subtle earthy notes. You may also detect nuances of spices such as clove or a touch of smokiness, often complemented by a soft minerality. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fine, silky tannins and vibrant acidity. The red fruit flavors are fresh and lively, often mingling with notes of forest floor, dried herbs, and a gentle oak influence.
