Why do we like it?
"Le Temps des Cerises" (cherry season) is named for the wine's pure, vibrant red fruit character. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on the estate's gravel and clay-limestone soils, it's a wine of real charm — bright cherry and redcurrant, a touch of crushed leaf and violet, with the silky, juicy texture that makes Chinon such an effortless, food-friendly red.
