Why do we like it?
The 2019 Chablis Monts de Milieu 1er Cru, from one of Chablis' most revered sites, offers an aromatic complexity of citrus zest, green apple, and a signature flinty minerality. The palate is vibrant with high acidity, featuring flavours of stone fruit, lemon, and a lingering saline finish, making it both refreshing and complex, with a very good potential of aging too.
