Why do we like it?
Probable the best Sauvignon Blanc I have tried from South Africa in the last 5 years, a touch of grapefruit and pineapple along with a delicate blackcurrant leaf and saltiness . The pineapple plushness is balanced by grapefruit-peel bitterness and fragrant oiliness, giving it body, weight and an intriguing racy texture. Sophisticated to say the least!
