Certified organic since 2023 andHigh Environmental Value since 2014, they focus on sustainable practices across prestigious terroirs likeLes Monts Damnés andChêne Marchand. Their wines areterroir-driven, showcasing Sancerre’slimestone, flint, andclay soils.
Why do we like it?
The 2023 blends grapes from 30 south-southeast-facing plots. Hand-harvested and gently vinified in thermo-regulated tanks, it avoidsmalolactic fermentation, preserving vibrant aromas. It offers white pear, green apple andfresh lemon notes, with a lively, rich palate, a touch of tarragon andsalinity, along with amineral finish, reflecting the region’s diverse soils.
