Why do we like it?
"El Molar" is a single-vineyard "Vino de Paraje" — Jumilla's equivalent of a cru classification — showing old-vine Garnacha at its most expressive. Expect dark berry and plum fruit, herbal garrigue notes, and the kind of structured, mineral-driven intensity that comes from genuinely old, low-yielding vines.
