Why do we like it?
Trenzado referes to the unique training system used for that wine, it is a trellis system unique to the Canary Islands. This type of trellising results in a plaited cordon with several of a single vine’s branches braided together, as you can see on the label. Th resulting wine has a touch of smoke combined with fresh lemon zest, toasted sunflower seeds and a burgundy barrel-like sensation with great tension and nerves. It is also showing a bit of iodine and seaweed flavours, what a wine!
