Why do we like it?
Mengoba Mencía, from 80-year-old vines, is hand-harvested, fermented in wooden foudres, and aged six months, unfiltered. Perez savors its vibrant red fruit, spicy hints, and silky texture—rustic yet refined. Each sip feels alive with refreshing acidity, bold, and effortlessly elegant, leaving a craving for another glass.
