Why do we like it?
Mimuèt shows bright red cherry and forest floor aromatics, with the fine, elegant tannins and lifted acidity that mark out cool-climate, high-altitude Pinot Noir. It's a wine that draws on Alto Adige's unique alpine terroir to produce something genuinely distinctive — Burgundian in spirit, but unmistakably its own thing. A fascinating, food-friendly red from one of Italy's most thoughtful producers.
