We currently only deliver in Australia and shipping is calculated at checkout.
Your wine subscription will be shipped after the subscriptions close off date of the 16th of each month. For all other orders we will endeavour to process and dispatch them as soon as they are received.
We use several external logistics companies. We want you to receive your subscription as soon as possible and in the best possible condition which is why we use a temperature-controlled freight company to available destinations. If, however, the temperature reaches 35 degrees or higher we may delay delivery to avoid great wines overheating and oxidising.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee you with a specific delivery date and time however if you do have a specific request please contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate.
Deliveries are normally attempted between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is for this reason that we recommend you have your order delivered to an address where you know the package will be able to be received. Alternatively, you can provide an authority to leave when you order by making a note in the “Special Instructions” box on checkout.
If have somewhere safe for the order to be left and you provide an Authority to Leave when you place the order, the driver will include a photo for proof of delivery.

Depending on our selected carrier a signature may be required on delivery except in the instances where the customer is happy for the order to be left in a safe place. Additionally, if you are not comfortable signing, the driver will request your name and take a photo of where the box was delivered (e.g. front porch)
Correct address and details
Please ensure that you enter your delivery and contact details correctly as we can not be held responsible for information that has been incorrectly provided or is incomplete. If your delivery is to a business address, please ensure you include business name and a contact phone number.
If the delivery is refused or not able to be completed, the order will be returned, and you will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
If no one is at the address to accept the delivery, in most instances, the driver will attempt to call your mobile (if provided) and send a SMS if no answer to request further instruction (eg. a different delivery day, time or authority to leave. If no response within 5-10 minutes the delivery will be marked for reattempt. You will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
We do not allow deliveries to be accepted by anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient at delivery, the driver will request a form of photographic ID. If this is not provided, the driver will not be able to leave the delivery and will re-attempt delivery when someone over 18 years can accept. You will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
MS Wine Club do not deliver to Northern Territory at this time nor any areas in Australia that are noted as “Dry Areas”.
